Health |

Hundreds of patients from Indore
and Malwa anchal come here for
the treatment and go with a
sound health and happy mind.
Suitable concession in the
treatment as per the financial
condition of the patient proves
the resolution of Ashadeep. On
many occasion, looking to the
financial condition of the
patient, operations and
treatment are done absolutely
free of cost. Services for
X-ray, sonography, ECG, optical
shop, drug bank are also
available in the hospital
premises at subsidized rates.
Spects and medicines are also
made available to the needy
persons on very economical rates
through the optical shop and
medical shop of the trust.
Asha Deep organize various
health activities through out
the year. The trust organize
health camps for bringing health
awareness in the society.
Various medical examinations and
aids are being extended to the
visitors in these camps by
exploiting the available
resources to the fullest for
obtaining optimum level of good
health. BMD tests, Pathological
examinations, sono-graphy,
X-ray, ECG, Eye test, ENT
consultations are performed
absolutely free of cost in these
camps. Patients registered in
these camps are provided
concession in operational and
other hospital charges.

Facility

Vaccination facility for infants
is also available at Asha Deep
Hospital on every Sunday which
is absolutely free.
Apart this,
vaccination for infection
diseases like hepatitis b is
also available at subsidized

national calamities
/ disasters : |
Apart from other activities,
Asha Deep is committed for
extending help during national
calamities
and disasters. On occasions, it has
provided optimum support from
its own resources to the poor
and needy in national and
desa calamities.
It will not be out of place to
mention here the significant
contribution of Rs. 2.30 lac
with the help of various
organizations and associates for
providing support and financial
assistance to victims of the
Bhuj earthquake.

Employment oriented activities :

Milk Parlor : The trust
has also established a Milk
Parlor with the coordination of
Madhya Pradesh Dugdha Sangh.
This activity has generated
employment for two youths. Milk
and milk items are made
available to the nearby people
by this parlor at no profit and
no loss basis.
Annapurna Anna Kshetra :
The trust has initiated
Annapurna Anna Kshetra
in order to
provide employment to the youth
deprived of the opportunities.
Under this scheme, patients and
their family members get
nutritional and tasty food
prepared in hygienic conditions
at a nominal price of Rs. 5/-
per packet. This food is also
made available free of cost to
the poor and needy patients.
Several
labourers of nearby
places are also getting
benefited from this project.

Scholarships and Financial
assistance |
Trust organize camps for
extending financial assistance,
regular health check up and
treatment for school going
children. Asha Deep also bear
the expenses of school fees,
text books etc. of the girls
selected for sponsorships. Under
social liabilities, financial
assistance for education is
provided to the girls belonging
to the BPL families.
Asha Deep also provides
scholarships and monetary aid to
the needy students and poor
persons of the society. This is
sometimes to enable them to
continue their studies asnd
sometimes for social
responsibilities. Some of the
persons to whom such help was
extended are Shri Naresh Tiwari,
Rajesh Jwel, Shri Devendra Singh
and Anju Trivedi etc. Major
brain surgery was performed in
case of Shri Devendra Singh and
Anju Trivedi.

Success
stories |
Shri
Ashish Sen was suffering from
acute heart disease. A major
surgery was very essential in
order to save his life. Asha
Deep Sewa Prakalp Trust not only
rendered financial support but
also extended moral support to
his old father Shri Mali Ram Sen
and his family members residing
at Sudama Nagar, Indore. The
surgery went successful and now
Shri Ashish Sen is living an
ordinary life along with his
family.
 Mr. Devendra was critically ill
and was suffering from an acute
brain tumer. A major surgery was
to be performed immediately in
his case. His parents were
unable to bear the expenses of
the surgery and the poor boy was
helpless. In such a condition,
Ashadeep not only took the
responsibility of the boy but
also got him operated by its own
resources. By the grace of God,
the surgery was successful. Now
Mr. Devendra Singh has not only
recovered from the disease but
he is an active worker of Asha
Deep Seva Prakalp Trust. Apart
from his other assignments, he
also coordinates the
distribution of milk items
through the trust’s milk parlor.
Anjana, a resident of Morghadi,
Sanawad was suffering from brain
tumor. She was examined and it
was explored that an immediate
surgery was necessary. Asha Deep
extended its helping hand of
moral and financial support in
this case. By the grace of God,
the surgery was well performed
by Dr. Deepak Kulkarni. Now
Anjana is well and is taking
care of her family.
A donation of Rs. 5,000 was
provided to Smt. Rekha Sudeep
for meeting medical expenses for
the treatment of her ailing
husband Shri Sudeep.
Mr. Indra Deo Vyas was
critically ill and was suffering
from acute angina pain. He was
rushed to CHL Apollo Hospital
Indore where an emergency bye
pass surgery was performed. Asha
Deep Sewa Prakalp Trust extended
moral support to his family
members and also helped them out
by providing clinical services.
Trust’s secretary, Mr. Aditya
Pandit played a vital role in
this case.
Asha Deep is always on the
service of the humanity. The
trust provides its Ambulance
services with doctor, trained
staff members and life saving
drugs during accidents and
casualties.
Social responsibilities
Asha Deep Sewa Prakalp Trust
also extend help to the down
trodden and person belonging to
BPL families for meeting
expenses on social
responsibilities. A donation for
Rs. 7,500/- was made to Shri
Upendra Shukla, a resident of
Malharganj, Indore for the
marriage of his daughter “Appa”.
A donation of Rs. 5,000/- was
made to Shri Jeevan Sahu to help
him in meeting expenses for the
marriage of his daughter.
Education & allied matter
Asha Deep always extends helping
hand for educational
requirements to the students of
down trodden and BPL families.
An educational grant for Rs.
15,000 was made to Shri Anshul
Pandit for higher studies.
Educative film shows on subjects
like HIV/AIDS, Asha Deep Sewa
Prakalp Trust organizes film
shows on various subjects like
Gender equality, Human rights,
women health, and allied
subjects with the help of its
associates. So far, the trust
has organized about 12 shows. |

Annual
Function and related activities |

An
annual function is also
organized every year in order to
make an assessment of the
activities in the previous year
and to plan its further
activities in the coming year.
Cultural events are also held in
this function. All the trustees
and volunteers of the trust
attend these functions along
with their families. In addition
